Poke Salve has been popular with customers over the years. I’ve had so many miraculous reports about unforeseen ways it’s helped people. From eye infections to rashes, to mystery lumps and swelling, it has been a super hero that came through for people after all other efforts had failed.  
I personally used it for stagnation. Tired sore feet, restless legs and any swelling on my body.  It’s amazing when applied over hard lymph nodes or swollen joints.  
My most recent formulation includes the addition of dandelion root, benzoin, nutmeg, and sage plus a smoky quartz in every jar. These were all chosen for their synergy with poke to stimulate the lymphatic system to purge stagnant debris and clear out anything that shouldn’t be hanging around.
