Diffuse 3-6 drops for relief from emotional discomfort or use diluted topically on areas of pain great for sprains, strains, cramps, sore muscles, tired feet.  
This blend also makes a great insect repellent and can be used to clear negative energy from a space.  
To use for lungs and breathing, diffuse or apply diluted to chest and upper back.  
👉🏻Essential oils have the potential to leak during shipping due to heavy jostling and drastic temperature changes.  I only buy high quality glassware but they can still leak.  I will package your bottle in a baggie to prevent any possible leakage from damaging your order. In the rare event that you do get a little leakage, just remove your bottle from the plastic baggie and wash it in warm soap and water and allow to dry.   I am happy to replace damaged labels on request. 👈🏻
